These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Holiday Booking Websites ("the site", "we", "our", "us"), operated by Bulldog North, based in Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom. By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. What the site is
The site provides holiday inspiration in the form of AI-generated destination suggestions and outbound links to third-party booking platforms (including Booking.com, Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, and Hotels.com). We do not sell holidays, take bookings, take payments, or act as a travel agent.
3. AI-generated content
All destination suggestions on the site are generated by an artificial intelligence model. See our AI Disclaimer for a full explanation of what this means. In short: suggestions may be inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete, and you use them at your own discretion. Always verify details directly with the relevant booking platform before making any booking or travel decision.
4. Third-party booking sites
When you click a link to Booking.com, Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, or Hotels.com, you leave our site. Any booking, transaction, or agreement you enter into on those sites is between you and them, and is governed by their terms. We have no involvement in and no liability for those transactions.
5. Affiliate relationships
We participate in affiliate programmes with several third-party booking platforms. When you click through and complete a qualifying booking, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This does not influence the destinations the AI suggests; suggestions are driven by your search terms, not by commission rates.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
- Submit content that is offensive, defamatory, threatening, or infringes on anyone's rights.
- Attempt to interfere with, damage, or disrupt the site or its underlying infrastructure.
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content from the site for commercial use without our written consent.
- Use automated tools to submit large volumes of searches or otherwise abuse the AI endpoint.
7. Content on the site
User-submitted search queries become part of the public content of the site. Please don't submit personal information in the search box. We reserve the right to remove or unpublish any submitted content at our discretion.
8. Intellectual property
The site design, logo, and non-AI content are owned by Bulldog North. AI-generated destination text is provided as-is for informational use. Third-party trademarks (Booking.com, Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, Hotels.com) are the property of their respective owners.
9. Availability and changes
We make no guarantee that the site will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bulldog North and Holiday Booking Websites are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to losses relating to bookings made on third-party sites, travel disruption, incorrect destination information, or reliance on AI-generated suggestions.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
